Research

My researches are dedicated to the study of pathogenic mycobacteria for animal, Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (Map) and more recently Mycobacterium bovis.
I have 13 years ‘experience on Map, strains biodiversity, genotyping and characterization of the host interaction virulence factors.
I published new genetic markers MLVA used for the genotyping of Map and MAC members. I contributed to the identification of a Map-specific antigen the lipopentapeptide L5P and characterization of adhesins.
