Research

Role of Tandem repeats and CRISPR/cas system in virulence and evolution of Streptococcus agalactiae.
I developed typing methods to identify genogroup at high risk of infection.
We target molecular specificities to understand the pathophysiology of these strains. I currently focus on CRISPR/cas characteristics that explain an original trend of high virulent S. agalactiae strains.
