Bioinformatician working for INRAE since 2012. In 2008, I defended my thesis on the population genetics of two host/vector/pathogen systems. I have participated in several studies on zoonotic bacterial pathogens aimed at improving human and animal health.
My current interest focuses on the intestinal microbiota of chickens and pigs, as well as the pathogenic bacteria they may carry.
