Research

I have a strong expertise in the analysis and cell sorting by flow cytometry on:
> A large spectrum of samples: nuclei, bacteria, parasites, cell lines, immune cells, epithelial cells, spermatogenesis cells, spermatozoa, etc., originating from various species: humans, cattle, mice, rats, chickens, sheep, horses, donkeys... The cells are derived from different tissues: blood, spleen, milk, intestines, lungs, bone marrow, brain, testicles, etc.
> Various cellular mechanisms: immune response, cell cycle, apoptosis, etc.

I collaborate with immunologists, bacteriologists, virologists, parasitologists, reproductive physiologists, and neurophysiologists.
I provide university courses and group/individual training sessions in Cytometry for all levels (students, technicians, engineers, and researchers).

Fields of expertise:
Cytometry, high-speed cell sorting, microtiter plate sorting and cloning, pathogen sorting (bacteria, parasites), cytometry software (Kaluza, Summit, FACSDiva, ModFit...), fluorescence.
