Research

The main goal of my research project is the development of vaccines against Toxoplasma gondii using attenuated, protein or DNA vaccine candidates. I am currently working on targeting vaccine strategies along with optimization of vaccination routes.
I have developed the first live attenuated toxoplasmosis vaccine obtained by controlled genetic deletion. This “Toxo KO” vaccine was patented and transferred to the biotech company VitamFero.

Other activities

Involvement in the Master’s degree "Infectiologie cellulaire et Moléculaire, vaccinologie et anticorps thérapeutiques" (celllular and molecular infectiology, vaccinology) in the Tours University.
