Research

Since my arrival in the team, I have developed human, bovine and pig bocavirus virus-like particles.
My research activities are now focused on polyomavirus  infections in humans and animals. I particularly investigate the Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCPyV) discovered in Merkel cell  carcinoma (MCC).
I’m now involved in post-interactomic evaluation of polyomavirus proteins effect on host cell.

Skills: recombinant protein expression, development of serological assays, proliferation/invasion assays.

Other activities

Assistant Professor in clinical Biochemistry at the Institute of Technology (University of Tours).
Head of a professionnal Bachelor’s Degree.
