Research

My research activities are mainly focused on polyomavirus infections in humans and animals.
I particularly focus on the Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCPyV) the etiologic agent of Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC).
I have developed molecular and serological tools to identify MCPyV infections and to help to prognosis of MCC.
Ongoing research is about interactomic studies on MCPyV proteins.

Skills: recombinant protein expression, monoclonal antibody production, development of serological assays, Interactomics (Y2H, PCA)
